Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support building systems and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems within a client facility. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operations while adhering to safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in MHE and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Carry out other duties as needed.
