Job summary

CBRE is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems across the site.

You will promote safety, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, install and repair automated packaging equipment, and document preventive maintenance. Strong computer skills and hands-on tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Experience with MHE and robotic systems is desirable.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Build positive working relationships with the Client and Operations team.
