Job summary

CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a major client facility with a safety‑first culture. You will repair, maintain, and optimize material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure reliable operation.

Typical requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with computers and MS Office. Strong teamwork with the client and Operations Maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and carry out standard maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Repair electrical and mechanical issues affecting MHE belts, motors, relays etc.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventive maintenance activities accurately.
• Track and store department inventory; follow safety procedures.
