Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems across the site.

Strong candidates will have 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with the Client and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and conveyors.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
