Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems throughout the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to use powered or non-powered hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
