Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the equipment and systems inside a client facility.

You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems to ensure smooth operation of the site. You will work closely with the Client and Operations Maintenance team, following safety procedures, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with tools and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Coordinate with Client and Operations maintenance teams.
