Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian doors at customer sites in the Orlando area. You will handle sliding, swinging, and rotating doors and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planned maintenance, troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, and working with aluminum frames and glazing materials. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to repair electro-mechanical devices.
• Be able to obtain AAADM certification within 12 months of employment.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and low-voltage wiring is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors.
• Diagnose issues with electro-mechanical devices and wiring.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, and hardware.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rotations after training.
