• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact issues amid competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured listening approach across AECO customers and data signals to identify systemic pain early.
• Build understanding of AECO customer workflows, focusing on Construction, and translate issues across a broad portfolio.
• Engage customers and internal partners to validate issues, test assumptions, and deepen understanding.
• Synthesize evidence into a clear case for action, including problem, scale, impact, and next steps.
• Connect patterns across issues, products, and workflows to shape priorities and actions.
• Drive cross-functional change by aligning stakeholders and ownership, and keeping work moving toward outcomes.
• Influence Product, Engineering, and senior partners with evidence-based perspectives on customer pain.
• Turn decisions into scalable actions with guidance, supportability improvements, or customer-facing outcomes.
