Job summary

Arkance is seeking a Technology Consultant to act as a trusted advisor, delivering training, demonstrations, implementation services, and ongoing technical support across Autodesk solutions for AECO customers. You will travel regionally and nationally, providing guided workflows, best practices, and hands-on assistance to ensure successful adoption of technology.

The role emphasizes training delivery, customer enablement, and collaboration with sales to showcase capabilities and drive project

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk products and ARKANCE-supported solutions.
• Strong understanding of AECO industry workflows, BIM and collaboration tech.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with good time management.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and implementation support for Autodesk products across ARKANCE portfolio.
• Provides ongoing technical support to customers and ensures adoption of solutions.
• Conducts customized demonstrations tailored to customer needs and workflows.
• Mentors customers through complex technical challenges and optimization.
• Partners with Sales to deliver demonstrations and support events.
• Collaborates with technical leads to answer questions and drive revenue objectives.
• Completes weekly timesheets and pursues ongoing learning to stay current.
