Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with KPIs and upholding the brand promise of speed and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair and realign vehicle chassis and frames to restore structure.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
