Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality vehicle repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, upholding the company’s commitment to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, realigning frames, replacing parts and glass, welding, and finishing with factory-specified paint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections; repair or replace glass and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts, prepare and repaint vehicles per specifications.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repairs.
