Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessment and quality repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, aligning with team KPIs and the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will use cutting tools and body repair procedures to restore pre-accident condition, working to complete tasks within labor guidelines and ensuring inspections confirm workmanship meets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair and replace vehicle sections and glass as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
