You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with our WOW standards and collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program or apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers and understand repair methods.
• Familiarity with tools used in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the repair work per vehicle job orders.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld/attach parts and repaint vehicles to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety.
