FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in New York, NY seeks a Consumer Lending Auto Titles Manager to lead the title department, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain regulatory compliance while guiding a team of title specialists.

You will manage vendor relationships, streamline processing, and drive service excellence with a strong focus on SOPs, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to boost operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience focused on auto title processing.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with dealerships preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with Velocity, DNA and ARCos systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the title department and oversee title inventory and processing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations across title activities.
• Manage a team of title clerks through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as liaison with lienholders, motor vehicle departments, dealerships, and vendors.
• Maintain title inventory and filing systems; resolve discrepancies and lien releases.
• Track service levels, staffing, response times, and workload metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Support title audits with compliance; participate in testing of system upgrades.
• Update SOPs and develop new procedures as processes evolve.
