Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Availability to work and/or support all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with transportation to/from bank
• Strong customer service skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Works well individually and in leading a team
• Ability to perform duties with accuracy and minimal supervision
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and manage shift reports

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support peak hours
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and food programs
• Assist in merchandising, promotions, and ensuring merchandise is stocked and clean
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence and train new employees
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff
• Understand store finances and help control expenses and losses
• Recruit, train, and develop a positive team culture
• Operate store technology and perform shift reports and cash handling
