Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Nashville area with a deep background in the automotive space. You will act as the face of ACV, building relationships with dealers and dealer groups, traveling to meet clients, and driving revenue growth through a consultative selling approach.

The role requires on-the-road work, strong knowledge of the dealership/wholesale market, and experience using Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5 years dealership experience in either new or used car side.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English.
• Experience selling into dealerships; auction knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to be on the road daily and travel to dealers.
• Understanding of the retail/wholesale marketplace in an operational context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and build out new business in your territory.
• Service accounts in person and via phone to identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Use Salesforce for reporting and tracking daily activity.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and forecast monthly/annual activity.
• Build relationships with dealers and dealer groups to maximize revenue.
