Gerber Collision & Glass in Washington state is offering an 18-month Technician Development Program to grow your auto body repair skills alongside seasoned technicians.

The program starts with a 30-day trial to qualify for the full development track, followed by structured hands-on training in dent removal, sanding, painting, and inspections while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience is preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision of experienced technicians.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
