Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is offering an 18-month Technician Development Program in Spokane, WA. You will work with experienced technicians to learn auto body repair, dent removal, sanding, and painting while following safety protocols and contributing to repair projects.

This entry-level program emphasizes hands-on experience, teamwork, and skill development, with room to grow within The Boyd Group family of brands. No prior extensive experience required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade or vocational training preferred.
• Some on-the-job experience preferred.
• I-CAR Gold Class preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic auto body repairs under supervision.
• Learn to use and maintain repair tools safely.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to assess damages and plan repairs.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area.
