Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Big O Tires in Springdale, AR. You will supervise store operations, deliver customer service, and ensure adherence to company programs, policies, and procedures while educating customers on maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities include building relationships with customers and staff, opening/closing the location, managing operations, promoting sales, guiding staff, assisting in training, and supporting financial and inventory
