Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or tire/automotive industries with leadership and management skills.
• Ability to obtain state motor vehicle inspection license within one year of hire.
• Strong communication and ability to lead team meetings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop, and management.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel and implement training programs.
• Oversee daily cash handling and bank deposits; approve purchases and expenditures.
• Review profit and loss statements, payroll projections, and balance sheets.
• Maintain vendor relations and ensure timely payments and invoicing.
