Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Tires Store Manager in Springdale, AR to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and develop the team while maintaining the store’s appearance and service standards. The role requires experience in retail or automotive environments, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales, or tire/automotive industries with leadership or management responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain state Motor Vehicle Inspection license within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop, and management.
• Open and close location with consistency based on hours of operation.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products to customers.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel and implement training programs.
• Supervise employees and provide clear direction, training, and performance evaluations.
