Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, a Big O Tires franchise, seeks Sales Consultants to deliver fast, friendly customer service and promote tire and auto services at our Springdale location. You will handle sales, explain benefits, process warranties and service agreements, and assist with daily store operations.

Responsibilities include training new employees, completing required trainings, and adhering to company policies while maintaining high service standards in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to learn concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment.
• Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and greet customers.
• Handle complaints courteously per policy.
• Inspect vehicles and discuss maintenance needs with customers.
• Promote sales by explaining product benefits and using suggestive selling.
• Prepare warranties and service agreements; record and register tire sales.
• Process accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies.
• Support store operations: opening/closing, inventory, reporting, merchandising.
• Protect assets by maintaining tools and equipment; clean store areas.
• Check-in vendors and stock shelves; maintain store appearance to Big O Tires standards.
• Safely operate customer vehicles and train new employees as needed.
• Complete required trainings and adhere to policies; perform other duties as assigned.
