Responsibilities

• Research and secure payment for insurance accounts; follow up daily accounts to reduce A/R.
• Process credit card payments and post within the patient billing system; handle patient calls.
• Perform routine data entry and review claim edit work queues and input physician charges.
• Handle all payments and correspondence; create payment batches and scan/record documents.
• Maintain organized filing, participate in daily huddles and meetings, provide five-star customer service.
