Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Windows and standard PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives regarding balances, payment plans, and billing inquiries.
• Evaluate and respond to billing inquiries including insurances and invoices.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and complaints.
• Maintain all compliance and HIPAA regulations.
• Document and track patient contacts and outcomes.
