Qualifications

• Experience handling customers, vendors and interdepartmental coordination preferred.
• Commitment to accuracy and timely task completion in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and monitor phone lines for prompt responses.
• Greet service customers with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Inspect incoming trucks/trailers for damage and log/check in accordingly.
• Notify sales staff about new equipment arrival via email (VIN & check-in).
• Document customer complaints and open work orders.
• Maintain communication with service management on progress.
• Keep customers informed on service job status and invoicing readiness.
