Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Coaching, training, and motivating technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote additional services per guidelines.
• Support cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
• Monitor safety and maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics to stay aligned with goals.
