FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager in Colorado to support daily operations across service bay, front counter, and back office. You will coach technicians and advisors, drive customer satisfaction, and help manage scheduling, inventory, and POS tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain certifications as required by brand standards.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations, coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling team members to ensure coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Help onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with FullSpeed Automotive values.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Greet customers, explain services, and encourage informed decisions; resolve concerns promptly.
• Support efforts to build repeat business through excellent service and genuine customer care.
• Store & Shop Operations: Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions; monitor inventory.
• Ensure shop areas are clean and presentable, and comply with safety protocols.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure services meet brand standards; conduct quality checks; promote a safety-first culture.
• Identify maintenance needs for shop equipment and facilities.
