FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Experienced Assistant Manager in Greenville, MS to support the Store Manager across daily operations, coaching technicians and service advisors, and delivering fast, high-quality automotive service. You will split time between service bay, front counter, and back office to build a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, and customer satisfaction, with weekend/holiday flexibility and a focus on meeting store goals and standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover busy periods.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures and POS systems.
• Support compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics.
