Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment reflecting company values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote additional services within guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee POS transactions and cash handling.
• Ensure shop and customer areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
