Qualifications

• At least 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay work.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills with POS experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for weekends and some holidays.
• ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Coach technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures and customer service.
• Greet customers and explain services; drive upsell per manufacturer guidelines.
• Support inventory, cash handling, and POS transactions daily.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
