Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment including service bay time.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; using POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Schedule team coverage for peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures and POS systems.
