Job summary

Pep Boys is seeking a motivated team member to engage customers at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register. You will schedule appointments, sell parts and services, and ensure accurate work orders and transactions.

The role requires basic math for commissions and discounts, a valid driver's license, and 1 year of automotive service or sales experience. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers in store or by phone; engage customers and schedule appointments.
• Organize and manage service desk transactions, work orders, and parts knowledge.
• Assist in customer care, order processing, and store operations under management guidance.
• Ensure compliance with cash, credit, refunds, and return policies; address service issues.
