Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor for our Conway, AR location. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and guide them through recommended services to a smooth checkout.

You’ll review history and inspection results to present accurate options, estimates, and financing when appropriate. We offer paid training, health benefits, PTO, and clear paths to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to handle multiple priorities while staying professional.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to engage customers.
• Ability to learn automotive products and services and explain recommendations clearly.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Prepare estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost throughout service.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
