Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service in Conway, AR is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor. This full-time role offers a pay range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, consisting of hourly wages plus commissions, plus benefits and paid training.

You’ll greet customers, review vehicle history and inspections, explain service options, and help guide customers from check-in to checkout. No technician background required; we provide training and room for career advancement within Sun Auto’s growing network.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused candidate able to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Able to learn automotive products and services and explain options clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Records.
• Able to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust from first contact.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to keep work on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and follow checkout procedures; follow up after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready shop and follow PPE requirements.
