Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Tulsa, OK. You will greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through services with clear explanations and transparent pricing. The role involves building trust, delivering accurate estimates, and coordinating with technicians to ensure a smooth checkout and follow-up process. Weekend availability is required.

• Review vehicle history, DVIs, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Create estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers informed of service status, timing, and costs.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to encourage returns.
