Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire) in Conway, AR to lead a new location. The role offers a salary plus bonus with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

You will own the customer experience, drive sales, manage a team, and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive service or retail leadership, strong coaching ability, and experience with store performance metrics,

Competenze

5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management with a strong track record of success in sales, operations, and team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Experience managing store performance, operational plans, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L-related results.
Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and follow through on commitments.
Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail, accountability, and sound judgment.
Comfortable using POS systems, basic computer tools, reports, and store performance data to guide decisions and coach performance.
