Qualifications

Two+ years leading a team in a similar role.
Proven experience in retail or automotive service management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to set goals and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Set expectations and communicate responsibilities, goals, training, and customer service to staff.
Hold employees accountable through coaching and performance evaluations.
Recruit, interview, and hire new staff in partnership with HR.
Analyze business trends and implement plans to meet sales and profit targets.
Review invoices and daily reports to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain store assets and follow closing procedures.
