Job summary

Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist/BDC Admin to support the Service Department. You will answer calls, update repair orders, process payments, and coordinate with insurers.

Proficiency with CCC One, ARMS, and body shop software is a plus, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, cash handling experience, accurate typing, basic math, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Open, update, and close repair orders.
• Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.
• Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and Body Shop Management Software.
• Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments.
• Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.
• Ensure repair order documentation is complete and comply with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
