Job summary

BMW of Anchorage is seeking a Service Cashier/Receptionist to greet customers in the service department, answer calls, and process payments. The role includes balancing cash, supporting the Office Manager, and performing clerical tasks.

This position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, offering opportunities across a growing national network. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of cashier/receptionist experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with CDK and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cashier or receptionist experience.
• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Proficient customer service skills over the phone.
• Positive and upbeat personality with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of using CDK dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service department.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Process customer payments (cash, credit, and digital forms).
• Balance and reconcile cash office accounts and bank deposits daily.
• Support the Office Manager and General Manager with clerical tasks.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions.
• Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned.
