Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks an experienced service manager to lead auto service teams and manage customer relationships. You'll coach technicians, assist with parts purchases, and drive service quality and sales.

This role blends technical oversight with people leadership and customer focus. Ideal candidates bring multiple years of auto service experience, supervisory exposure, and a drive for continuous learning, including ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times to test drive customer's vehicles.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.
• Capacity to lead and coach others; recruit and select technicians.

Responsabilités

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing customer interactions, including proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to foster long-term relationships.
• Develop understanding of business operations in the automotive service environment to enhance efficiency and store operations.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, vehicle inspections, and facilitating communication between back and front of shop.
• Provide insights to front of shop to facilitate product and service sales.
