Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a skilled auto service leader to manage customer relationships and supervise technicians. You will guide staff, assist with parts purchases, and drive service quality in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining business standards and procedures. A strong focus on communication and teamwork will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem solving in customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and equipment maintenance.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Excellent teammate and customer communication.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians per store needs.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in auto repair.
• Valid automotive driver’s license to test drive customers’ vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff by skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Be primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Develop understanding of store operations, paperwork, and financial transactions.
• Enhance efficiency and store operations.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
