Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced auto service leader to oversee technician teams and maintain high standards of customer care. You will schedule work, train staff, and collaborate with parts and service teams to optimize store performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong people skills, a proven track record in service management, and the ability to coach others while ensuring profitability and compliance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of auto service technical experience.
  • 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
  • Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

  • Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
  • Oversee customer service interactions and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Hire, train and supervise vehicle technicians and service writers.
  • Drive sales and assist with parts and equipment purchases.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies.
