Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced auto service leader to manage customer relationships and bridge between technicians and customers. You will select, coach, lead, train and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with parts, materials, and equipment purchases.

The role requires strong leadership, 4 years of auto service experience, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. A valid driver’s license is necessary for test drives and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Strong teammate and customer communication abilities.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians per store needs.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have a valid automotive driver's license at all times for test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
