Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead technicians, coach staff, and drive exceptional customer service in our Bridgestone store network.

You will oversee hiring, training, and performance, ensuring quality workmanship and strong teammate retention while actively driving sales and service excellence in a fast-paced environment across our Bridgestone locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver\'s license at all times.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsabilités

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate with customers to resolve concerns and foster loyalty.
• Understand store operations and paperwork, financial transactions, and company policies.
