Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced automotive service leader in Kansas City to manage customer relationships, supervise technicians, and drive parts/service sales. The role blends technical knowledge with people leadership to deliver superior customer experiences.

You will recruit and train staff, coordinate with front/back shop, and ensure compliance with quality standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive vehicles.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an auto service team.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coach technicians to improve store operations.
