Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager/Writer responsible for coordinating auto service activities and leading technicians. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, supervise staff, and drive service sales while maintaining quality standards.

Strong communication, inventory control, and coaching abilities are essential. A valid driver's license and ongoing ASE certifications support success in this role within our Nashville-area operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year service manager or service writer experience.
• Willingness to pursue continued education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff based on skill level.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies.
