Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team and maintain retention.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate between front and back shop to optimize revenue and efficiency.
