Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead our auto service team at Bridgestone Retail Operations locations. You will supervise technicians, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem solving and customer complaint resolution skills.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in auto repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and oversee daily operations.
• Oversee the hiring and training of the auto service team and ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
