Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a service leader to combine automotive repair knowledge with strong people skills, managing customer relationships and coordinating between technicians and customers. You will coach, lead, train, and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with parts purchases and store operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, customer interactions, and ensuring quality standards to maximize service excellence and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving - customer complaints; aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Capacity to lead and coach others; Teammate and customer/communication skills; ability to recruit and select technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing all aspects of customer interactions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
