Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager/Writer to lead auto service teams and enhance customer satisfaction. You will coordinate technicians, train staff, and oversee parts and service delivery while ensuring quality and compliance across the shop.

Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising the service team, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and safety.
• Ensure high teammate retention and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up to build loyalty.
• Develop understanding of store operations and financial transactions.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
